Community Pharmacy & Environmental Outreach Drive

The Community Pharmacy & Environmental Outreach Drive was organized by Guru Nanak College of Pharmaceutical Sciences to promote public health awareness and environmental responsibility among students and the local community. The initiative focused on developing essential skills such as patient counseling, rational use of medicines, health education, teamwork, community engagement, and environmental stewardship. Faculty members and healthcare professionals guided students in conducting health awareness activities, medication safety campaigns, and environmental cleanliness initiatives. Through interactive sessions, public interaction, awareness rallies, and eco-friendly activities, participants enhanced their communication skills, social responsibility, and practical understanding of community pharmacy services. The program successfully encouraged students to contribute positively to society by promoting health, sustainability, and responsible community practices.
